Busker on a piano bike wows Trowbridge shoppers with her performance

Chloe Marie Aston, from Ilfracombe, in North Devon paid a fleeting visit to Trowbridge on Monday, August 19.

She parked her specially built tricycle in Fore Street and played her upright piano while singing to the crowds of shoppers who stopped to listen.

Shopper Sue Tilley added: “She had a stunning voice and gave a brilliant performance.”

Chloe, 20, now known as the ‘Piano Bike Girl’, has now played in more than 100 towns and cities across the country, having taken to busking at the age of 14.

She said: “Thank you Trowbridge. I had a lovely day and met lots of kind people.”

Chloe finished school in 2020 and since then has been improving her song writing skills and has released a few songs using a distributing app.

She said: “I am now studying a music performance course in further education, whilst building my presence on YouTube.”
