A “fun” Indian kitchen and bar is set to open in the heart of a Wiltshire village.
Sasa’s Indian Kitchen and Bar will take over the restaurant of Crudwell’s Pettifers Free House Hotel, near Malmesbury, from Monday, August 19.
Business owner Foyez Rahman has promised customers “a fusion of two different food cultures resulting in a contemporary style, a merging of Asian flare and flavours with fast moving UK and European culinary trends.”
He added: “It is a great opportunity to showcase more of what we can do.
“My uncle, Khaled Miah, is an excellent chef, he has been cooking great Indian food in the area for 38 years, since 1980, and before that was at a great restaurant that really set the trend in West Kensington.”
