A Greek restaurant and takeaway near a Wiltshire town centre has announced a temporary closure.
The Grill House a Taste of Santorini, on New Road in Chippenham, closed its doors to customers on Tuesday, July 30, and will remain shut for over a month.
In a message posted in the windows of the Greek eatery, management confirmed this closure was to allow them to take a holiday from serving the community.
The Grill House will remain closed throughout all of August before reopening again on September 1.
Management at the business apologised for any inconvenience this would cause and said they looked forward to returning.

“We do apologise for the inconvenience caused, but we look forward to seeing you all again from September 1, 2024, onwards.
“See you all soon.”
The Grill House offers homemade Greek cuisine with “exceptional flavour” and promises customers fresh food that is cooked to order and “raises the bar” for fast food.
