Roadworks causing delays on a key A-road into a Wiltshire town centre are set to continue.
Lengthy queues have formed in both directions on the A4 Rowden Hill at Chippenham during peak traffic times since Monday June, 29.
The delays have been caused by temporary traffic lights near the junction with Erleigh Drive while ES Pipelines carry out work in the area.
Signage on the route warns drivers that utility works are ongoing, and this is due to continue until the end of Wednesday, August 7, according to the roadworks map used by Wiltshire Council.

Separate works are also due to be carried out in the area by Scottish and Southern Power Distribution from Thursday, August 1, until Monday, August 5.
These works are also scheduled to involve multi-way traffic lights in the Rowden Hill area.
Motorists have also been impacted by slow traffic on Ivy Lane, at the Bridge Centre Roundabout, in recent days.
Lanes have been closed at the busy junction at points between Monday, July 29, and Friday, August 2, while Wessex Water carries out improvements to the sewer network.
This has caused queues on Ivy Lane and New Road backing towards the junction at Hathaway Retail Park.
