A popular former High Street bakery that closed last year has been put back on the market.
Hobbs House Bakery announced the permanent closure of its branch on Malmesbury High Street last July, sparking sadness amongst shoppers.
This started a lengthy search for new occupants at the unit and a year later the property has been relisted as for sale.
The listing was added to Rightmove within the last seven days, at the time of writing, and is available for £450,000.
The Grade II listed building boasts a retail space, an upstairs four-bedroom apartment, a kitchen a courtyard, and a cellar.

Last year the bakery revealed its decision to close was made “with a heavy heart” amidst rising financial pressure.
A spokesperson said: "We have loved our seven years here especially being part of this great independent town.
"It has been a pleasure to share Hobbs House Bakery’s handmade bread, cakes and coffee with customers every day.
"We have been proud to serve our local area but the financial pressures being felt by many high street retailers have sadly meant that we cannot continue in this location.
"We encourage you to continue to use your town and its great independent shops, buy your bread locally, enjoy the fantastic coffee available, and support your communities.”
