An “incredible” Wiltshire music festival could be on the move after its biggest ever year.
The Fulltone Music Festival attracted over 2,100 visitors to The Green in Devizes, during the weekend of Saturday, July 27, as music lovers celebrated the annual event’s biggest edition yet.
Guests were treated to an array of music, including Carly Paoli, Gareth Dafydd Morris, West End star Kerry Ellis, Ricardo Afonso, and the Fulltone Singers.
Other performers included Nothing Rhymes With Orange, Ruby Darbyshire, The SIX cast, Lewes Music Group, The Beatles Duo, Talk In Code, Southampton Youth Orchestra, and Darren Hunt.
Throughout the weekend the Fulltone Singers and a 55-piece orchestra kept the large crowds entertained with 80’s set on Saturday night and a Queen set on Sunday night.
Jemma Brown, director of the Fulltone Orchestra, told this paper 2024 was a “bumper year” for the festival.

She said: “It was absolutely fantastic and went down like a storm, even the weather was on our side.
“There were loads of people there and so many said to me they had no idea how much they loved classical music.
“We were well supported and had our biggest year so far, it’s still all run by volunteers and is a unique event that allows people to see orchestral music in all its different forms.”
But the festival’s success may lead it to a new home outside the town centre in future years.
While nothing is yet decided, Mrs Brown says organisers have “a lot to think about” but plan to run the event again in 2025.
She added: “It’s up in the air really because the feeling from the 2,000 people who attended was that they want us to keep it here.
“But things naturally grow, and we have been thinking it would be better to have it somewhere we can offer camping.
“Having it in the town centre means the pubs and shops were packed and we’ve had people coming into the town from all over.
“We’ve got a lot to think about but by popular demand we will be back in 2025, it’s just what we’re going to do with it.”
The Fulltone Orchestra has thanked both the town council and residents for their support across the weekend.
Mrs Brown also paid tribute to the dozens of volunteers who put the event together.
She said: “It’s about creating something really special on people’s doorsteps and we’re really lucky that with their support we can have this in Devizes.”
