An empty unit in a Wiltshire shopping centre is on the market after the relocation of a community hub.
Last month Chippenham Community Hub announced it would be closing the doors of its headquarters in Borough Parade and relocating to a bigger space at Gladstone Parade.
At the time, the charity said it was “sad” to be leaving but excited about moving into its new home.
The organisation will, however, be forced to leave behind its popular rainbow coloured bench.

Speaking on Facebook, a spokesperson said: “The Community Hub is on the move in the next few weeks after being informed that our existing lease in Brough Parade will not be renewed when it runs out at the end of the year.
“While this is sad, the good news is that we are about to sign a five-year lease on bigger premises at Number One Gladstone Parade.
“While we are excited with the prospects of more space, and very grateful for grants from both our local Screwfix store and the Wiltshire Council Vacant Shops scheme to help fund this move, it is with sadness that we must say goodbye to our lovely rainbow bench.”
The unit has now been stripped of its internal fittings and put on the market as available to let for £20,000 a year.
