The following cases were heard at magistrates courts in Swindon and Salisbury.
TROWBRIDGE: On Tuesday, July 2, David Sullivan, of Broad Street, was sentenced for possession of a Class B drug.
The 53-year-old pleaded guilty to having 3.71 grams of cannabis in his possession at Hilperton on April 2.
He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 in costs, while an order was also made to destroy the drugs.
TROWBRIDGE: On Tuesday, July 2, Jamal Hume, of Toucan Street, was sentenced for drug driving.
The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to driving on Canal Road in Trowbridge, on October 19 last year, while having 16 micrograms of cocaine and 480 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine, in his blood.
He was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £120, and ordered to pay £85 in costs.
CHIPPENHAM: On Thursday, July 2, a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was been sentenced for a theft from a shop.
The teenager pleaded guilty to stealing two cases of beer, worth £24, from a Co-op store on April 15.
He was ordered to pay £24 in compensation and an existing referral order has been extended to eight months.
OAKSEY: On Tuesday, July 9, Paul Kerton, of Hazel View in Kempsford, Gloucestershire, was sentenced for theft by employee.
The 54-year-old pleaded guilty to stealing a Hustler mower, of an unknown value, from Westlea Landscaping on August 3 in 2020.
He was ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation and complete 80 hours of unpaid work.
DEVIZES: On Tuesday, July 9, a 15-year-old boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was sentenced for possession of a bladed article, aggravated vehicle taking, and other offences.
The teenager pleaded guilty to stealing a car in Devizes and damaging it before it was recovered on June 22.
He also pleaded guilty to multiple other counts, including possessing a kitchen knife on June 9, the theft of a £12 bottle of vodka from Morrisons on June 20, and driving without a licence or insurance.
He was ordered to pay £12 in compensation, banned from driving for 12 months, and his parent or guardian must attend youth offender panel meetings for 10 months.
WESTBURY: On Tuesday, July 9, a 15-year-old boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was sentenced for aggravated vehicle taking.
The teenager pleaded guilty to stealing a car from Lacock on June 14 and causing damage to it before it was recovered.
He also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence or insurance on the same date.
He has been banned from driving for 12 months and his parent or guardian must attend youth offender panel meetings for six months.
WESTBURY: On Tuesday, July 9, a 15-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was sentenced for aggravated vehicle taking (being carried on).
The teenager pleaded guilty to being transported in a car, stolen from Lacock on June 14, when he knew it had been taken without the consent of the owner.
During the incident two tyres were punctured causing damage to the car.
He has been banned from driving for 12 months and his parent or guardian must attend youth offender panel meetings for four months.
MELKSHAM: On Tuesday, July 9, a 17-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was sentenced for burglary and theft.
The teenager pleaded guilty to entering a property on December 11 last year and stealing £60 in cash, a pouch of tobacco, and an amount of cannabis.
He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
MELKSHAM: On Tuesday, July 9, a 16-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was sentenced for burglary and theft.
The teenager pleaded guilty to entering a property on December 11 last year and stealing £60 in cash, a pouch of tobacco, and an amount of cannabis.
He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
