A man has been arrested after Class A and B drugs were allegedly seized during a raid in Wiltshire.

Police executed a drug warrant at an address in London Road, Calne, on Friday, June 28.

During a search, officers reportedly found suspected Class A and B drugs inside the property.

Several other “high value items” were seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act, including designer trainers and bikes.

A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, possession of class B drugs, and possession of an offensive weapon in a private place.

He was taken into custody for questioning and has since been released on bail while enquiries continue.

Police say an investigation remains ongoing.

Anybody who suspects drug offences are taking place in their area has been urged to come forward.

A spokesperson for the force added: “If you suspect drug activity in your neighbourhood, please call 101 to report your concerns.”
