A nationwide supermarket has announced it is on the lookout for new workers in Wiltshire as it promises increased pay.
Aldi is Britain's fourth-largest supermarket and hopes to hire 55 store colleagues across Wiltshire.
This includes part-time and full-time roles for people of all levels of experience.
The supermarket's latest recruitment push doesn't come without an incentive, as Aldi has also announced an increase in the hourly pay rates for all its store colleagues across the UK this week.
Store assistants who were previously paid £12 per hour will now see this rise to £12.40, which may not sound like much but could mean an extra £64 per month for those doing standard eight-hour shifts five days a week.
For those within the M25, the store assistant's hourly rate will rise from £13.55 to £13.65.
This marks the second pay increase for Aldi store colleagues this year and takes the supermarket’s investment in pay this year to £79m.
Aldi is also currently the only supermarket to provide paid breaks, which is worth more than £900 a year for the average store colleague.
“The rollout of our latest pay increase cements our commitment to our colleagues that we will always be the best-paying retailer," said Kelly Stokes, HR director at Aldi UK.
“Our colleagues play an integral part in our ever-increasing popularity, and this is another way for us to acknowledge the incredible work they do."
