A site that is currently home to a Wiltshire car dealership has been put on the market for over £5 million.
The site, at Bumpers Farm, which is currently home to The Chippenham Motor Company, has been put up for sale and potential buyers will have to offer in excess of £5 million to take over the property.
The company itself is not for sale and still has a 15-year lease on the site that began last year and won’t expire until July 2038.
Its showrooms currently operate under the KIA brand and have traded from the premises for over 20 years.
The firm also has franchise agreements to provide services and parts for Seat, Peugeot, and Citroen cars.

Its large building recently underwent a £1.1 million refurbishment and commands an annual rent of £300,000.
The site totals 1.9 acres, 25 per cent of which is covered by the renovated premises.
This includes a two-storey car dealership with a vehicle workshop and more than 200 parking and vehicle display spaces.
Commercial property agent Sanderson Weatherall said the property represents an “investment” opportunity for potential owners.
It added: “The automotive industry is a vital part of the UK economy and integral to supporting the delivery of the agendas for levelling up, net zero, advancing global Britain, and the plan for growth.”
