Thousands of pounds worth of stolen bikes have been found in the back of a van in Trowbridge.
Wiltshire Police's road policing team worked in collaboration with the burglary team and the Trowbridge community policing team on Friday, May 3, as they hunted for several bikes stolen from the area.
In the early hours of the morning, officers were able to locate a van containing three bikes in the back of it.
Further inspection found that all of these bikes were stolen, and the total value is expected to be close to £20,000.

"Checks on the van revealed it was also stolen and on false plates," a post on the Wilts Specialist Ops X account reads.

Two individuals have been arrested and are being held in custody.
