Police have made multiple arrests after a rise in suspicious activity and burglaries in a Wiltshire town.
Officers from the Corsham Neighbourhood Policing Team have been patrolling the town and targeting offenders after the increase in offences.
Police have recently received reports of suspicious activity and burglaries or thefts targeting motorbikes in the area.
Multiple suspects have now been identified and arrested in connection with these reports.
They are currently released on bail with conditions preventing them from entering Wiltshire during night time hours.
Officers have upped their high visibility patrols in the area and say they will continue to do this for the foreseeable future.
Anyone who notices suspicious activity has been encouraged to contact police.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We understand these incidents can leave our residents concerned and will continue with high visibility patrols in and around the town for the foreseeable.
“We would urge anyone to report suspicious activity to 101 or 999 depending on (the) circumstance.”
