The new owner of a vast former country house estate in Wiltshire is searching for new occupants for the site’s offices.
The Grade II listed Hartham Park estate, which sits in 20 hectares of surrounding grounds to the north of Corsham, was sold to a private investor in January of this year.
While the Georgian mansion house was previously a private family estate that hosted Winston Churchill, it has been in use as serviced office accommodation across 70 individual units for some time.
Upon the completion of the sale, which came after the property was marketed for offers in the region of £8 million, the buyer confirmed they planned to continue the serviced office business.
Now multiple office spaces within the estate have been put on the market and are available to lease from the new owner.
These facilities range from 100sq foot spaces, that accommodate an individual, to 2,500sq foot suites for up to 50 people.
CSquared, the firm listing the offices, says the facilities offer affordable, high-quality, flexible workspace solutions.
Tenants will have access to the estate’s business centre, cafe, and a range of meeting rooms.
There are also state of the art conference facilities for up to 400 people and an onsite gym and tennis court.
