Pictures have shown the extent of a huge water leak that left a Wiltshire town without water for over 24 hours.
Wessex Water engineers were urgently called to Chippenham Golf Club at around 10.30am on Thursday, February 29, when a burst water main flooded part of the course.

A main also burst in the Allington area and residents of both SN15 and SN14 experienced severe disruption to their water supply throughout both Thursday and Friday.
Numerous schools and businesses were forced to shut as a result of the incident.
An employee at the club said the leak had caused “carnage” and that Wessex Water worked through the night to resolve it.

Engineers initially repaired the damage before it burst again at around 1am on Friday morning.
At the time of writing, some locals were still without water although it was believed the issue would be resolved imminently after repairs progressed at both sites.
Throughout the ordeal, bottled water has been available from Pewsham Community Centre, Cricketts Lane, and near The Green at Eastern Avenue.
A spokesperson for Wessex Water said: “Water has been supplied to the area from another part of the network to ensure the majority of customers have water.
"Wessex Water is also in contact with customers in vulnerable circumstances to ensure they have bottled water."
