A woman in her 60s from Melksham has died after three cars crashed on the A3102 near Calne.
The incident, which happened at 2.45pm on Monday, February 26, involved a Vauxhall Zafira, a Dacia Sandero and a Nissan Juke. The woman was airlifted from the scene with life-threatening injuries.
A child who was a passenger in the Vauxhall was also taken by ambulance to the Royal United Hospital with minor injuries.
Wiltshire Police has now confirmed that the woman in her 60s has died from her injuries three days later in Southmead Hospital.
“Her family are aware and are being supported by a specially trained family liaison officer,” said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
“Our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.”
