A Wiltshire pub is looking for new tenants - but will remain open in the meantime.
The Lansdowne Arms, a grade II listed pub on Church Road in Derry Hill, is being converted from a managed pub into a tenanted venue by owners Wadworth.
The brewery has launched a search for new tenants to take over the business.
Wadworth confirmed the venue would remain open during this process.
Speaking on the pub’s Facebook page, a spokesperson said: “We are in the process of converting The Lansdowne Arms to a Wadworth Tenanted pub and are looking for some excellent partners to take over.
“We appreciate your understanding during this time, we thank you for your continued support over the years and look forward to new business partners taking the reins of our beautiful pub.”
The Lansdowne shut for three days due to unforeseen maintenance issues earlier in February.
After the closure, a spokesperson added: “We owe you an apology for the unexpected closures that may have thrown a wrench into your plans recently.
“Our pub team has been battling some unexpected challenges, but please bear with us, we're working round-the-clock to bring back the good times.”
The pub, which sits on the edge of the Bowood Estate, has estimated ingoing costs of £21,000 and boasts three trade gardens and a play area.
