A number of huge warehouses just off the M4 in Wiltshire are available to let after being completed this year.
Two industrial units, including a 342,000sq foot facility which is one of the largest in the South West, have been built this year at St Modwen Park, near junction 17 of the M4 on the outskirts of Chippenham.
Both are now available for potential businesses to move in after their completion in summer 2023.
Images on property website Rightmove have given an insight into the inside of the huge buildings, which are expected to create 600 jobs when occupied.
Two large warehouses at the industrial park have already been occupied by Huboo and retailers Furniturebox.
Developers St Modwen Logistics have advertised that a further 350,000sq feet of employment space spread over two new units will be “coming soon.”
The units are described as high-quality warehouse facilities equipped with open-plan office accommodation.
They also boast electric charging vehicle points and a shuttle service to Chippenham town centre.
St Modwen added that both buildings have been built to high environmental standards and will be net carbon zero in operation.
