PUNTERS are being invited to place a bet for charity to raise funds for a Wiltshire and Swindon hospice.
They are being urged to have a flutter on the horses in ‘A Night at the Races’ organised by local firm TWC Home Improvements.
The company is staging its first-ever race night to raise funds for the Prospect Hospice in Wroughton.
Director Joseph Heaton said: “We’ve teamed up with Prospect Hospice as our chosen charity and have committed to help them raise funds to support the incredible work they do.
“Bring some cash and have a flutter on the horses while raising funds for Prospect Hospice.
“We’ll have a full race night set up on the big screen with a compere to guide you through, food, drinks and lots of laughs.”
The company has organised the ‘exclusive evening’ for valued customers on Thursday, May 25, from 7pm, with racing from 8pm.
It will be held at the TWC showroom at Athena Avenue, on the Elgin Industrial Estate in Swindon, with a grazing table provided by Little Grazey, plus soft and alcoholic drinks.
Anyone wishing to join in the fun, for a £10 per ticket donation to funds, should contact Mr Heaton at joseph@twcframes.co.uk
