The Crown pub in Devizes is set to reopen its doors under new ownership on Monday 28 November.
The pub on New Park Street has not been open since March when it was sold to new owner Robert Carter.
Mr Carter and new manager Jayden Griffiths-Mitchell, 22, have overseen extensive renovations to the venue since it was last open.
Mr Griffiths-Mitchell, who most recently ran The Kings Arms in Melksham, is excited at the potential of the newly renovated location.
He said: “Words cannot describe how excited I am. I’m struggling to sleep at night because I’ve got a million things racing through my mind.
“I’ve constantly got a load of energy and I really can’t wait.”
The pub will initially serve traditional pub food with a modern twist, although Mr Griffiths-Mitchell has bigger plans going forward.
He added: “Down the line, we’ll do pizzas and happy hour cocktails. Eventually, because we’ve got a late-night license, we’ll have DJ sets or live bands at least once a month to make it something special.
“The pub has got a lot of potential, especially in summer with the outside bar”.
There are plans to set up an outside cocktail, steak and burger bar in the summer.
Free prosecco and nibbles will be available for customers on The Crown’s reopening day.
