Police have released more information after the arrests of suspected members of a human trafficking gang.
On Tuesday, officers from Leeds, Birmingham, Reading, Southampton and Oldham carried out warrants at addresses in different parts of the country at the same time.
They searched seven addresses, found an illegal brothel in Southampton and Reading, and arrested four suspects – one each in Birmingham and Southampton, and two in Reading - on suspicion of human trafficking and money laundering.
During the raid, police also rescued five victims.
Wiltshire Police announced today on Twitter: "Following on from our operation yesterday we can now update you, arrestees: 1 x female from Reading (25), 1 x male from Reading (37), 1 x male from Birmingham (27), 1 x female from Southampton (26).
"They have all been released under investigation."
All the suspects were taken to either Gablecross Police Station in Swindon or Melksham Police Station to be interviewed.
