LEGENDARY Welsh singer Sir Tom Jones has postponed his Live at Longleat concert later this month much to the disappointment of his legions of fans.
The concert in the grounds of the Longleat Estate near Warminster was due to have taken place on the evening of Thursday, June 23.
A statement on the Ticketmaster website says: “Sorry, tickets are not currently available, Please check back later or view availability for other dates.”
On the axs.com ticket website, a statement said: “Due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret to inform you that the Tom Jones show at Longleat is postponed and will no longer be taking place on 23rd June.
“We will endeavour to get a new date confirmed as soon as possible and all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled show, however, should you require a refund please contact your original point of purchase.”
It is not yet known why the concert, part of this summer’s Live at Longleat series, has been postponed but is yet another blow to the organisers and concert promoters Senbla.
Sir Tom was set to headline the outdoor picnic in the park event, and his fans locally were looking forward to the event.
