The council is looking for a marketing officer to help promote the town. The job is full time, 37 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as necessary, with a salary of £23,484 to £24,920.
A council spokesman said: “We require someone who loves digital marketing and can create engaging content for various audiences.
“We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is highly organised, tech-savvy and can work collaboratively with colleagues, create new marketing campaigns, and deliver content creation in conjunction with day-to-day operations."

The town council is also advertising for a full-time museum assistant, working Tuesday-Saturday with a salary of £19,264 to £20,043.
