A commercial property specialist has just launched a brand new office in Bewley House with the aim of reflecting the need for a blended working approach.
The idea for commerical property firm HPH is to meet the demands of hybrid working, right here in Chippenham.
Located close to Chippenham railway station, and only 3.5 miles from the M4, the suite boasts a news kitchen and ‘breakout’ area, natural ventilation, as well as lots of natural daylight.
Lindsay Holdoway, Managing Director of HPH Ltd is hoping that it will reflect the changing needs of office workers.
She said: “Bewley House is carbon neutral and offers a great working environment and we have refurbished the ground floor suite to meet the changing demands of office occupiers and their employees returning to the office.”
James Gregory, Partner of Alder King Property Consultants is determined that the modern office will improve people’s mindset, setting them up for a great day at work.
added: “At Alder King, we have seen a gradual return to the office and demand for space increasing. HPH has addressed exactly what occupiers need following the pandemic with a focus on flexibility, connectivity and the health and wellbeing of those working from and visiting the building.”
