A MAN has been arrested after allegedly speeding past police officers whilst high on drugs.
PC Hobbs and PC Higgs, from the Roads Policing Unit, were travelling on the M4 on Saturday (February 13) at 3.30pm when they noticed a Vauxhall Astra speeding past them.
Having followed it from Junction 16 (Swindon West), they stopped it at Junction 17 (Chippenham).
Wiltshire Police say the driver tested positive for cannabis and cocaine and arrested the 27-year-old man on suspicion of driving whilst over the specified drug limit.
