A 41-year-old woman from Devizes has been found guilty of sending another woman abusive messages.
Ursula Lawley of Moyne Close was charged for 'harassing’ Ms Hunter between November 30, 2020 and January 22, 2021 at Bromham in Wiltshire.
The case has resulted in a restraining order, meaning Lawley cannot contact Ms Hunter directly or indirectly until October 10, 2022.
She was fined £200 by South East Wiltshire Magistrate's Court on October 11, 2021 and told to pay surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £85.
Ursula was found to be in breach of section 2(1) and (2) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 which prohibits a person from pursuing "a course of conduct" which "amounts to harassment of another" and which "he knows or ought to know amounts to harassment of the other".
