JOHN Coles Park has started to open later in the afternoons as they start to get brighter.
In November it was announced that the park would close in the afternoons from 4.15pm due to the shorter days.
Chippenham Town Council has announced that as lighter evenings are drawing in; the park will now begin to shut at 4.40pm which will be extended as Spring and Summer approach.

On Twitter, the town council said: “We are beginning to see lighter evenings, which means John Coles Park is able to stay open for longer!
