AN APPEAL has been launched against an enforcement order served by Wiltshire Council.
John Hill is challenging a council decision to place an enforcement order on his property at land adjacent Hobbs Bottom Farm in Box.
The order was served on the property because, according to the council, a building was constructed at the site breach planning control.
A planning officer for the local authority said: “The Council do not consider that planning permission should be granted for the unauthorised development because planning conditions could not overcome the objections to the unauthorised development.”

The enforcement gave Mr Hill four months to demolish the building.
Appealing the decision, anyone wishing to make a comment on the bid must contact the planning inspector by October 22.
No date has been set for the hearing yet.
