PLANS to build a house in Neston have been submitted to Wiltshire Council.
Mr Elliot, who lives in Plymouth, has put in an outline bid to build for a “single dwelling” on land at 39 Westwells Road.
In the planning statement, the agents for Mr Elliot said that the house would incorporate sustainable elements such as ways to harvest rainwater and would use natural light, where possible.

It is also proposed in the plans that the development would have two parking spaces.
The agents added: “The development of the site will be beneficial to the local economy, the employment providers and the other services and facilities in Westwells and the wider area.
“The proposed dwelling can be sited so that the residential amenities of the adjoining neighbours will not be adversely affected.”
