Cllr Scragg described being re-elected and coming back as the new mayor as a “double pleasure”.
“I’ve been mayor three times before over a rather extended period and it never ceases to excite me and I’m very pleased to be mayor again,” Cllr Scragg said.
“I hope I can serve the town as well as Teresa has in the past year.”
Our Annual Council Meeting will begin shortly in the @NeeldArts. This is our first meeting to take place in person, we are feeling a mix of excitement and concern to make sure it runs smoothly, safely and effectively.
