Marco Pierre White Jr, son of the TV chef of the same name, has appeared in court after breaching the community requirements of a suspended sentence order.
The address given for White Jr is the Flat, the Rudloe Arms Hotel, Leafy Lane, Corsham - his father’s hotel and restaurant set in 14 acres.
Court papers for May 17 state that he failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Bath Magistrates’ Court on August 12 last year, by interfering with the electronic monitoring of his curfew.
White, 25, has admitted the breach, which involved him removing a personal identification device on January 9, at 4.30pm.
He also failed to make himself available for Electronic Monitoring Service staff on multiple occasions between January 12 and January 21.
“You failed to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse within the specified time period or at all,” the court listing says.
White pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order and was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £65.
