Wiltshire gardens are inviting visitors back in June.
Most need pre-booking through the Wiltshire National Garden Scheme.
Here is a list.
A new garden at Burton Grange, Mere goes on show on June 13. It has lawns, borders, a large ornamental pond, some gravel planting, a veg garden and pergola rose garden, together with a number of mature trees. The artist’s studio is open.
Cadenham Manor in Chippenham opens on the 3rd. This garden comprises a series of rooms around a listed C17 manor house and dovecote. Divided by yew hedges and moats, the rooms are furnished with specimen trees, mixed borders with stunning displays of old roses, and fountains and statues.
Windmill Cottage at Market Lavington opens on the 3rd and 4th June, with visits by arrangement in May. The whole garden has been virtually pesticide free for last 20 years.
West Lavington Manor can also be seen on June 5. Picknickers are welcome and it has partial wheelchair access.
