German supermarket giant Lidl has submitted plans for a new store in Calne.
Lidl has sent in its plans for a 2,280sq m supermarket near the junction of Oxford Road and Beversbrook Road in the town.
The development will include 10 commercial units which will be later sold or let to other businesses.
The scheme will have 133 parking spaces including seven disabled spaces, 10 family bays and two electric car charging points, as well as bike parking space.
The store’s plans will be discussed first at Calne Town Council’s online town development and planning committee on Wednesday, January 27.
