Westonbirt Arboretum will host a fundraising event for Cancer Research UK this Sunday.
The All Walk Together day will take place in the attractive grounds of the National Arboretum.
The event is a five-kilometre walk to raise money for the charity, in order to help it fight breast cancer.
It is mainly on flat ground and gives people glimpses of the wonderful trees in their late autumn colours as they wander through the woodland and outstanding countryside.
A spokesman for the charity said they hoped as many people as possible would join in.
"Help us make a difference by walking with your friends, family and colleagues around the edges of the wonderful Westonbirt Arboretum and raise money for breast cancer," she said.
"This year we hope to attract 1,000 walkers and make this, once again, a really successful walk."
The event begins at 11am and dogs are permitted to join in, as long as they are kept on a lead.
Information on how to enter, or volunteer, is available by visiting www.cancerresearchuk.org.
Alternatively, contact Gill Culley on (01225) 742106.
Last month, the arboretum also welcomed 30 participants for the Hearts First Walk.
Members of the Malmesbury branch of the British heart Foundation organised and took part in the event.
Their efforts helped to raise more than £400 for the charity.
