Businesses looking to expand are being invited along to Marlborough Business Park for a social event to celebrate its first and successful year.

It has been a year of growth for what is fast becoming a key addition to Marlborough's local community.

The new business park, located less than a mile from the town centre, offers a modern working environment within close proximity to all that Marlborough has to offer.

Micahel Doran from agents King Sturge said: "The latest phase of development of 16 warehouse units has seen a fantastic amount of interest with eight of the units already let or sold prior to completion.

"The attractive trade counter units have also received high levels of inquiries with two currently under offer and the first unit to be occupied by mid November. "

The park's office units have appealed to both local and international organizations with occupiers including Kennett Housing Trust, Awdry Douglas and Bailey solicitors, and AB Vista, a subsidiary of Associated British Foods.

In addition, there are two further office suites currently under offer as well as a further two acres of land for future design and build development.

To celebrate a successful year for the park, King Sturge and joint agents Dreweatt Neate, on behalf of Marlborough Business Park Ltd is inviting companies who may be interested in the space available, as well those who would just like an update as to progress on the park, to a public open day on Friday 16th November between 11.30am and 2.30pm.

A hog roast will be served free of charge along with refreshments as well as the opportunity to inspect the available accommodation and a chance to discuss with the agents the developer's plans for the park going forward.
