Protesters from Fathers4Justice are planning to demonstrate outside the home of senior family court judge Sir Mathew Thorpe.
The demonstartion comes six years after the he was the target of a similar protest.
The demonstrators plan to meet up outside the Bell Inn at Seend at 2.15pm on Saturday and march along the High Street to Sir Mathew's home at Beech House.
A large police presence is expected in the village on Saturday as a result.
Matt O'Connor, founder of Fathers4Justice, said: "The protest ties in the with fact that Sir Mathew Thorpe is one of the main opponents to opening up the family courts to public scrutiny.
"At the moment it is an offence to divulge anything that takes place in a family court. There was a move to allow the Press access, but this has been opposed by Sir Mathew among others.
"He is behaving like a Burmese Army general."
If the protest is anything like previous Fathers4Justice actions, police are likely to have a cordon around Sir Mathew's home to prevent protesters climbing on the roof.
Lord Justice Thorpe, 68, has been an appeal judge in the family division of the High Court since October 1995.
In July 2001 protesters invited Sir Mathew to a protest meeting at the Bell Inn and when he did not attend, they marched to his home where they carried placards and shouted "children need both parents".
Two police cars attended by there was no trouble and no one was arrested.
