Two-year-old David Keeling was found dead in his bed at his home in Mayenne Place, Devizes, last Friday.
Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious. They were alerted shortly after 5am last Friday by the ambulance service after reports that David had stopped breathing.
He was taken to the Royal United Hospital, Bath, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
A post mortem examination was carried out on Tuesday and the results are awaited. But police said yesterday that his death is not being treated as suspicious.
