Under 9s Blue Division
A fine game between home side Chippenham Town Youth White and Trowbridge town Youth A was watched by a large crowd at Stanley Park with both teams displaying a high level of skill. Chippenham took an early lead with a goal from Daniel Wright before Trowbridge scored from a corner to give a 1-1 half time score line. Both teams started the second half very well and despite hitting the woodwork twice Chippenham could not score again which proved the vital difference as Trowbridge scored two more goals to secure the points.
Under 9s Green Division
A close game between home side Melksham Park A and Bradford Town Youth A produced good attacking runs from both sides with a great shot from Nathan Trueman well saved by the Bradford keeper. Bradford started the second half strongly forcing a corner but Melksham Park started to take the initiative forcing several corners that were well defended. Mid way through an attack by Bradford was broken by Tommy Ireland who's long ball up the right wing was crossed into the penalty area for Gabriel Jones to slot under the keeper. From then on Melksham Park defended dourly remembering how they let a two goal lead slip away at Bradford. With the last kick of the game Bradford almost equalised but a stinging shot was well saved by Josh Hunt. For their age both sides played brilliant football and were a credit to their respective clubs.
Westbury Youth Lions and Trowbridge Town Youth B met for the second time this season. A left footed cross by Ben Starr into the box found Tom Fern finding the back of the net securing the first goal for Westbury. Trowbridge quickly cancelled out Westbury's lead when Callum Townsend capitalised on a loose ball to score taking the half time score to 1-1. A strong second half from Westbury saw goals from Charlie Savage and Tom Hayward. Trowbridge created a number of chances but great goalkeeping from Alex Harrison kept them out. Hayward then got his second with a great finish from a corner giving Westbury a 4-1 win.
Following a very even game Trowbridge Wanderers move up into second place after running out 1-0 winners at home to Devizes Town Youth A. The only goal of the game was an own goal.
Under 9s Orange Division
Larkhall Athletic remain at the top of the table on goal difference after running out 6-2 winners away to Melksham Town Youth Robins. Freddie Isaksen (3), Joe Han-Hauser (2) and Jamie Hall scored for Larkhall.
Warminster Highbury took a 2-0 lead at the break against home side White Horse Juniors before going on to finish 4-0 winners. Adam King, Morgan Patterson, Sam Rabczak and Curtis Wyeth scored for Highbury.
Second place Castle Combe Colts keep up their challenge after running out 4-0 winners away to Trowbridge Town Youth C. Ben Tyzack, Adam Fry, Charlie Baynes and Morgan Stevens scored for Combe.
Under 9s Purple Division
AFC Corsham Leopards picked up their fifth consecutive win in their unbeaten run this season following their away game against Bradford Town Youth B. William Cornwell scored his third goal this season to put the leopards 1-0 up before Jonathan Bazley, moving this week from his defensive role into midfield, scored twice giving the Leopards a 3-0 lead at half time. Bradford came back strongly in the second half scoring through Oscar Oliphant leaving the final score at 3-1 to the Leopards. Bradford praised their visitors commenting that Dave Lewis and his Corsham side and supporters were a delight o host and play against.
The local derby between Trowbridge Town Youth D and Trowbridge Wanderers B produced a very close encounter which ended all square at 1-1. Adam Bouchama scored from Town.
Under 9s Red Division
Westbury Tigers took a long time to settle and fell behind in the first half to two early goals on the counter attack from Devizes. Although having the majority of the play in the second half Westbury found the Devizes defence stubborn and the Devizes goalkeeper in fine form making several very good saves where a goal seemed certain. A goalmouth scramble followed a corner by Sam Cocks, and Nathan Lamb bundled the ball over the line for a deserved goal to Westbury. However, the deficit was doubled again with a well taken goal by Devizes against the run of play when Westbury were caught pushing forward looking for an equaliser. Final Score 3-1 Devizes win. Alex Taylor, Luke Coates and Thomas Milnes scored for Devizes.
A steady start saw Melksham Park Vipers take the lead against local rivals Melksham Town Magpies after Jack Laundon whipped the ball to Jordon and with joint effort Laundon put it in the net.
Both defences played well but as always the Vipers put in a real effort. Laundon slipped in a second before the Magpies pulled one back just before the break. The Vipers took control in the second half with George giving an outstanding performance demonstrating excellent ball control and great tackles. Tai Jones made it 3-1 but a second half hat trick for Laundon, taking his tally to five, secured the Vipers a 6-2 victory. Man of the match for Vipers went to Tai Jones who just kept on running the whole game.
Mere Town Youth took a 2-0 half time lead against AFC Calne before going on to finish 4-0 victors for their first win of the season. Jack Harvey, Jack Tucker (2) and William Thorpe scored for Mere.
Under 9s Yellow Division
Derry Hill United and Chippenham Town Youth Blue were evenly matched playing end to end football. Derry Hill took the lead four times only for Chippenham Town to cancel their lead out each time for a 4-4 final score. Scorers for Derry Hill were Cameron Patey, Rhys Bevan, Christian Sulley and getting his first goal of the season, James Campbell with a nice finish from a cross. Derry Hill goalie Callum Hayton did his best to keep Chippenham out but their fourth was a well taken shot which came through a crowd of players and into the net to seal it at 4-4.
In their bottom of the table clash Larkhall Athletic ran out 4-2 winners at home to Bradford Town Youth C with goals from Jack Day (2), Nick Atwell, and Jack Witty-Smith.
Under 10s Blue Division
An astounding performance by referee Daniel Brimson set the pace of the game between Bradford on Avon and visitors Devizes. It was the visitors who started the brightest playing some lovely one touch football working the ball around the Bradford team. A fine performance in goal from the Bradford keeper kept the score down in the game. The only real opportunity for the away side produced a goal, with the brilliant Juan Sesma's immaculate and tidy work down the right providing the cross for James Perrett to volley only for the keeper to spill the ball and goal poacher Cullen Wylie to side strike the ball into an empty net. Some fine saves by Ollie Graham in the Devizes goal must be complimented on also.
The second half saw Devizes come out fighting and not give their opponents a sniff of the ball, with Juan Sesma, Luke Hamblen, Liam Hall, Cullen Wylie and Liam Kennedy all hitting the woodwork for Devizes the score could have been so much worse. Devizes doubled their lead when captain Liam Kennedy scored with a trademark strike then Wylie blasted a strike into the roof of the net. Liam Hall added to the total with a crafty header through the oncoming goalies hands. There was still time left though with seconds remaining on the clock Bradford scored twice to give themselves a chance but it was not to be as the visitors took all three points with a marvellous display of football and a 4-2 final score.
The game between home side Trowbridge Wanderers and FC Chippenham was played in great spirit with Trowbridge taking the initiative from the off. Trowbridge created plenty of chances but the Chippenham defence held strong. Trowbridge must have felt disappointed to be two goals down at half time due to two breakaway goals by George Gernonn Reidy who showed clinical finishing. In the second half Chippenham were much improved and controlled most of the remainder of the game extending their lead with two further goals from James Barrett and Jai Saca. Although Trowbridge still created chances they were thwarted by Harry Deeming in the Chippenham goal who had an outstanding game as did Sam Watson in the Chippenham defence.
A competitive game saw Melksham Town Youth Saints run out 4-0 winners at home to Warminster Highbury. A first half goal from Alex Churchyard following good work down the right from Harry Box was the only goal in a close first half. Melksham flew out of the blocks in the second half with an edge of the box strike from Rhys Kemish which was quickly followed up by a third goal from Sam Alexander who burst into the box to fire low past the keeper. Alexander completed the scoring with a shot into the top corner from the edge of the area.
Under 10s Green Division
Castle Combe Colts White move to the top of the table after their convincing 9-0 home win against AFC Corsham Jaguars. Liam Parsons (4), Bradon Harold (2), Kieran Bell, Billy Walker and Rhys Bethal scored for Combe.
Melksham Town Youth Robins ran out 2-1 winners in their away game against Chippenham town Youth White. Thomas Redpath scored for Chippenham.
Under 10s Purple Division
The Melksham Derby ended in a 1-1 draw, with some excellent football by both teams. Melksham Park went took the lead with Melksham Town Youth Eagles cancelling this out mid way through the second half through Dan Walker.
Derry Hill United move up four places to fourth in the table following their 5-1 away win against Warminster Highbury. Ross Clifton (2), Alistair Cole, Luke Dean and Ben Clements scored for Derry Hill with Josh Morgan replying for Highbury.
Division leaders Chippenham Town Youth Blue remain unbeaten after their close encounter against local rivals FC Chippenham which saw the Blue's eventual 5-4 winners. Jack Utton (2) and Ollie Millner (3) scored for the Blues with Joshua Manning, Ben Leonard and Tyler Willis (2) replying for FC Chippenham.
Devizes Town Youth took a 2-1 lead at the break before going on to win 3-2 against visitors Melksham Town Youth Magpies. Aiden Toy and Jared Edwards scored for Devizes with Callum McRandall (2) replying for the Magpies.
Under 10s Red Division
Larkhall Eagles took the lead with a well taken goal from Oscar Archer. Melksham Park B levelled the score and then took the lead in a five minuet spell with Oliver Elmes scoring two goals for Park. Joe McNally found the net after a decisive pass by Tom Keen to take Melksham into the break with a 3-1 lead. In the second half Melksham's Sam Lawn had a long range effort well saved by Larkhall's goalkeeper. With chances at both ends Larkhalls Marco Baldan got a goal back to set up a tense finish. But with a solid performance by both keepers and defence the score finished 3-2 to Melksham.
Division leaders Marlborough Town remain unbeaten after running out 6-2 winners away to Trowbridge Wanderers. Lewis Cooper scored both goals for Wanderers.
Under 10s Yellow Division
Bromham got back to their winning ways after last week's defeat running out 3-1 winners away to Chippenham Town Youth Yellow with Alex Aldridge scoring for Chippenham.
Under 11s Blue Division
Trowbridge Town Youth and Melksham Town Youth Blue played an excellent match strongly contested by both teams. Trowbridge took the lead in a very evenly matched the first half through Matthew Morris. The second half saw Trowbridge take more control when Morris got his second after some good work down the right hand side, Trowbridge's third came after a short corner on the left hand side saw Aaron Cockerill hit home from close range.
Under 11s Green Division
Larkhall visited Warminster Highbury B with a strong midfield which the home side found hard to get past but they did have some good breaks on goal making Larkhall's defence work hard at times. Larkhall took control of the game and were eventual 11-0 winners. Special praise went to the Highbury keeper who was very good and made some great saves keeping the score line down for his team. Larkhall saw goals from Josh Read (3), Caleb Collins (3), Joe Lyndsay (2), Sammy Clemence (2) and Ben Tiley.
Warminster Highbury A remain unbeaten at the top of the table after taking a 4-2 lead at the break before going on to finish 6-2 winners away to Devizes Town Youth. John Jones scored both goals for Devizes.
Under 11s Orange Division
In an enthralling match Castle Combe took the points with 4 goals scored by Jack Sanderson in their 4-0 away win against Trowbridge Wanderers. Wanderers played much better than their league position and were very unlucky not to have scored.
Under 11s Purple Division
Biddestone remain at the top unbeaten with George Campbell opening the scoring after thirteen minutes against Chippenham Town Youth Blue. Robbie Tripp made it 2-0 soon after with Campbell scoring his second right on the half time whistle for a 3-0 lead at the break.
James Robson found Chippenham's net soon after the restart to make it 4-0. Oliver Gregory then scored a beautifully struck ball from outside the area taking the score to 5-0 before Campbell volleys home from Robbie Tripps corner for a 6-0 lead. Chippenham then scored a lovely goal from Andrew Sharpe to get one back for the home team. Biddestone's man of the match went to Hadyn Campbell for outstanding crossing, shooting and corners.
Under 11s Red Division
In a see-saw game, Bradford Town took the lead against Bromham after two minutes with a goal from Michael Wilson. Further goals from Luke Mitchell, Fin Aubrey and another from Wright gave Bradford a 4-0 lead. The home side then rallied and pulled the score back to 4-2 before Bradford the extended their lead with a headed goal from Ollie Clayton-Smith. Bromham then scored twice in quick succession but another goal for Bradford from Callum Yates brought the first half to a close with the score at 6-4.
The second half began with a second for Wright and further goals from Lewis Beaver, Ed Rolt and a second for Clayton-Smith giving Bradford a 10-4 lead. The match ended after a great goal from Leo Robertson, who beat several players and scored to give Bradford an 11-4 victory. Great credit must go to Bromham who never gave up.
White Horse Juniors Flames ran out 8-1 winners away to Larkhall Athletic. Adam Hinchliff Walz scored for Larkhall.
Under 12s Blue Division
Chippenham Town Youth White ran out 6 - 0 winners against visitors Melksham Park thanks to goals from Jack Hanks, Cory Minney, Ben Pring, Adam Gerrard (2) and the pick of the bunch being a stunning long range shot into the bottom corner by centre half Deane Williams. Melksham Park had chances to score but thanks to yet another superb display from Town keeper Mikey Wright were unable to make them count.
FC Chippenham took a 2-0 lead in their home game against Devizes Town Youth. Devizes brought the scores level before going on to lead 3-2 at the break. Devizes took control in the second half scoring three more with no reply to finish 6-2 winners. Liam Sunderland scored both goals for Chippenham.
Under 12s Green Division
AFC Corsham ran out 4-3 winners against visitors Westbury Youth in a game which was both enjoyable and tense, in the end Westbury's missing players made things too difficult for them when faced with Corsham's new found spirit (inspired by the rugby). Corsham saw goals from Aaron (3) and Zach with Drew Adam, Callum Elkins and Charlie Burgess replying for Westbury. Everyone appreciated the referee Tristan Simpkin who managed the game extremely well.
Ben Hymus in the Worton & Cheverell goal made a series of excellent saves but eventually the Frome Collegians attack proved too much. Frome opened with a quick goal almost straight from the kick off before Chris O'Donovan and Elliott Bodman replied for the visitors. The rest of the first half was a tight affair with Frome making the most of their chances to go into the break ahead. In the second half Frome quickly consolidated that lead and from then on the Worton team were always playing catch-up. Bodman scored another couple to complete his hat-trick and keep his side in the game but as they tired it proved not enough. At the end of a good natured game it was Frome Collegians who took the spoils at 7-4. Frome saw goals from John Chambers (3), Adam Farrar (2), Jack Biddescombe and Max Cornish, with his first goal for the club.
Castle Combe Colts ran out 14-0 winners at home to AFC Calne with goals from Liam Wootten (6), Kieran Hard, Samuel Hall (3), Callum Bell (3) and Muz Guloglu. AFC Calne goalkeeper earned special mention for his continued efforts throughout the game which helped keep the score down. Game very well refereed by Sam Cole Larkhall Athletic took a narrow 1-0 lead into the second half before finishing 5-0 winners against home side Bradford Town Youth. Joe Batterick (2) and Jordan Jenkins (3) scored for Larkhall.
Under 12s Red Division
Melksham Town Youth Red and Westbury Youth played out the most intense but close game of the weekend. Melksham started the brighter taking a 5-0 lead. Westbury never let their heads drop making for an exciting first half which ended 7-4 to Melksham.
Westbury reduced the deficit further after the break before Melksham scored an own goal taking the score to 7-6. Westbury continued their momentum bringing the score level before going on to lead 8-7. Neither side were ready to throw in the towel and two more for Melksham and some great defending from Jack Land ended the game 9-8 to Melksham. Melksham saw goals from Sean Overton (4), Aaron Monk (2), Henry Ballinger, Jordon Phillips and Callum Race with Alfie Close (4), Jordan Bishop, Kieron Hardy, Adam Osborne and an own goal for Westbury.
Warminster Highbury remain at the top of the table following their 5-0 home win against Marshfield Juniors. Bradley Edwards (2), Ryan Tarr (2) and Mati Lyjak scored for Highbury.
Larkhall Athletic ran out 13-4 winners at home to Melksham town Youth Yellow with goals from Ryan Rutland (5), Daniel Marriott (6), Harry Ollis and Mark Ashton.
Another local derby saw Chippenham Town Youth blue run out 6-3 winners away to FC Chippenham. George Davies and Harry Timins (2) scored for FC Chippenham.
Under 13s Blue Division
Melksham Town Youth Blue's hopes of retaining the title were kept alive after running out 12-1 winners away to Trowbridge Wanderers. Jake Brewer (4), Aiden Stevenson (2), Charlie Austin (2), Billy Cookson, Luke Whittard, Toby Brigs and Toby Wells scored for Melksham with David Winfield replying for Wanderers.
Under 13s Green Division
Melksham Park continue to demonstrate a positive approach to playing creative football despite a slow start in their home game against Westbury Youth. Daniel Carol opened the scoring for Park and Westbury responded with a clinical dead ball strike to bring things level. A hat trick from Park's Tamin Ibrihim and a goal from Ross Challice took the game out of reach. Park conceded another goal during a temporary lapse in concentration and Westbury had a chance of adding to their tally within the last ten minutes but a great save from Park's Toby Mott ensured the score remained at 5-2 to Park at the close. Ashley Hargreaves and Luke Booth scored for Westbury A tight encounter was settled by the odd goal scored by Trowbridge Town Youth 2nds Jack Noden just before the break at home to Melksham Town Youth Red. Melksham threatened in the second half but could not break down a resilient Trowbridge defence.
Malmesbury Youth and Bromham cancelled each other out in the first half leading to a 2-2 half time score. Malmesbury took their chances well in the second half to finish 4-2 winners. George Barrel, Tom Osborne, William Wright and Tom Fry scored for Malmesbury with Craig Asky (2) replying for Bromham.
Under 13s Red Division
After a slow start so far this year with only one point from four games the players at Marshfield Juniors worked hard and were rewarded with their first win of the season in their game against Melksham Park Youth 2nds. A first half hat-trick from James Kembrey, and goals from Jack Ashton, Max Bucknell, Kealan Finnegan and Sam Walker made it a comfortable 7-0 Marshfield lead at half time. Jack Ashton added his second goal in the second half for an 8-0 final score. Melksham Park tried hard to break through but were denied by a strong defence with fine performances from Aaron Finnegan and Ollie Wittcomb in particular, as well as a couple of very good saves by Ronan Finnegan.
Chippenham Town Rangers took an early lead only for home side Castle Combe to hit back with three goals in the first half. The goals were scored by Henry Green and a double by Matty Southway. A well contested game in the second half with Rangers pulling back to 3 - 2 with a long range free kick. The game was played with good sportsmanship all round, a credit to both clubs. Castle Combe remain top of the league.
Mere Town Youth took a 4-2 lead in their away game against Trowbridge Wanderers 2nds before Wanderers pulled two back for a 4-4 half time score line. The game could have gone either way throughout the second half but two superb strikes in the final five minutes gave wanderers the points at 6-4. Talal Jeddi (3), Harry Baker, Dillal Karmouni and Enis Vishka scored for Wanderers.
Under 14s Blue Division
Second place Amesbury Juniors narrowed the gap at the top of the table to just three points after running out 4-0 winners at home to Warminster Highbury. James Dolman, James Henry (2) and James Clifton all scored for Amesbury.
Under 14s Green Division
There were plenty of goals in the game between home side Pewsey Vale and Corsham FC with Corsham coming out on top to remain division leaders with a 9-4 final result. Leigh Rogers (3), Mel King (2), Ryan Godridge (2), Joe Lye and Joe Newman scored for Corsham with Chris Milne and Cameron Amor, with a hat trick, replying for Pewsey.
Devizes Town Youth remain second in the table on goal difference after turning a 2-0 half time lead against Trowbridge Town 2nds into a 7-0 final score. Declan McEnry, Kieran Hall, Jack Davis, Ben List, Rory Collins, George Dunford and Jack Fordenham scored for Devizes.
Under 14s Red Division
Bromham took an early lead in their home game against Trowbridge Wanderers 2nds with a strike from new signing Charlie Godwin. Bromham continued to close and tackle at every opportunity taking the score to 2-0 through Steven Price. Mistakes were made when Bromham's defence played a little too deep allowing a runner through the back line to play a one on one with substitute keeper Joe, resulting in a reply from Trowbridge before the half time. The second half was met with both sides keen to up the goal difference. The game was defended well by both sides up until the last ten minutes when once again, Bromhams back line played their game too deep allowing yet another break through and challenge against the home keeper. Both sides played on desperate to make the three points but were beaten by the final whistle and a final score of 2-2.
Amesbury had the better of the first half against Castle Combe Colts with goals after twelve, twenty and thirty-four minutes taking a well earned lead into half time. Combe upped their game in the second half and were the better team but couldn't make any performance advantages count. Combe man of the match was Jack Hughes who played in goal and made some outstanding saves. Mark Farmer, John Ryan-Zinn and Jonathan Brown scored for Amesbury with central defender Jamie Fry named as their man of the match.
After an even first half with a 2-2 score line visitors Melksham Park went on to finish 6-3 winners away to Westbury Youth 2nds. Talan Gould, Cameron Ewen and Tom Harord scored for Westbury.

Home side Larkhall Athletic notched up their first win of the season so far in spectacular style with a double hat trick from Chris Day and a three for Conner Lynch in their 9-1 win against Melksham Town Youth Red. Ryan Williams replied for the Reds.
Under 16s Blue Division
AFC Corsham and AFC Calne played out an evenly matched contest with neither side making a difference in the first half. After the break Matthew Smart broke the deadlock giving visitors Calne a 1-0 victory.
Trowbridge Town Youth ran out 6-2 winners away to Bradford Town Youth with Isaac Bateson and Elliot Smith scoring for Bradford.
A draw may have been a fair result in the match between home side Chippenham Town Youth and Trowbridge Town Youth Black. Bradley King-Taylor and James Griffiths gave the Blacks a 2-0 lead at the interval. After the break Chippenham rallied bringing the scores level at 2-2 with two fine strikes from Ryan Kubilius. The winner however was a bit of a stunner when Natti Mills beat the Chippenham defence and planted the ball in the top corner to give Trowbridge the 3-2 victory.
Under 16s Red Division
A game played in the right spirit saw Worton and Cheverell beat a hard working FC Chippenham side 10-3. Chippenham took the lead in the first half but Worton and Cheverell fought back and at half time a close game saw the score at 2-2. The home side stepped up a gear in the second half and put the game out of sight during a twenty minute period with both Worton Strikers completing their hat tricks. Chippenham never stopped battling but the home side ran out 10-3 winners. Worton and Cheverell scorers, Alex Harrod (4), Tom Mason (3), Ross Sweet (2) and Jake Roberts (1).
