QUAD Bike enthusiast, Ben Luke, will be taking part in the Weston Beach Race next weekend to raise money for his tiny next-door-neighbour.
The Chippenham biker, from Cepen Park North, has entered the race to raise money for 18-month-old Bethan Edwards, who has a rare terminal illness.
The toddler has Spinal Muscular Atrophy, type one, which only affects around 30 people in the UK.
Mr Luke,31, has entered the race in the hope that the money raised will help The Jennifer Trust charity carry out vital research into the disease.
The Weston Beach Race is taking place on October 20 and 21 and Mr Luke is hoping to raise £1000.
To sponsor the team visit www.justgiving.com/quadworx4bethan. You can pay by credit or debit card, and the money will go directly to The Jennifer Trust.
