THE bowlers saved Westinghouse from a demoralising defeat after they had collapsed with the bat.
Defeat to Nationwide House would have seen Steve Coombs' side still looking over their shoulders, but instead Saturday's win leaves them sixth and surely safe from relegation.
Despite the narrow victory though, captain Coombs was not happy with the nature of the performance.
He said: "It was our worst display of the season because we didn't bat very well. but bowled well and got the wickets at the right time."
Openers Christian Fry (26) and Nico Genade (20) got the hosts off to a good start but Paul Bailey (10) and Coombs (11) were the only other batsmen to reach double figures.
"It was a little disappointing because I thought there were a few more run available," said Coombs.
"We are still strong in the field but our batting has let us down this season, although we know we are always in with a shot because of our good bowling attack.
"When someone is not doing particularly well with the ball I can give them a rest and bring someone else on."
Fry (4-23), Bailey (3-3) and Jon Cleverley (3-19) proved Coombs right with a scintillating display of controlled bowling which left the visitors with no response.
Coombs now takes his men to Lechlade on Saturday looking to avenge the five wicket defeat in June.
"We are not going to get complacent because we still want to drive on and win as many as we can," he said.
"I didn't play against them last time, so don't know what they are like, but we want to stop them doing the double over us."
