MUCH-loved mum Angela Gale, who spent much of her time helping others despite suffering from bad health, has died aged 45.
Mrs Gale, from Potterne, near Devizes, was born with a hole in her heart but that did not stop her living life to the full and putting others first.
This week her husband Nigel and mum Veronica Cutler paid tribute to her. Mrs Cutler said: "She was always doing things for people in the village and everyone loved her. People always spoke about her lovely smile."
Mr Gale said: "She was the sort of person who would do anything for you."
Mrs Gale was also for many years Brown Owl of the village brownies, helped with Potterne pantomime group and the youth club. She was also a collector for the Poppy Appeal and Royal National Lifeboat Institution. She and Nigel had three children Carl, 24, Jake, 23 and Leah, 20.
She went to the village primary school before moving on to Devizes School and then worked as a nursing assistant at the old Roundway Hospital, Devizes.
Later she and her sister Maria Mason set up a cleaning business together called Gale Force Cleaning.
Her cremation on Tuesday will be followed by a service at St Mary's Church, Potterne at 2pm. A wake will be held in the village social club.
