HYPNOTIST Simon-Sez hopes to put our Julia's House appeal on the road to success when he performs his comedy act at a Chippenham car dealership on June 21.
Chippenham Motor Company is offering free tickets for adults to see the show in which the hypnotist may turn audience members into anything from a superhero to a household appliance.
The car firm has chosen Julia's House as its charity of the year and has already raised cash for our cause from two Women In Drive evenings which taught women basic car maintenance.
But this time around anyone aged over 18 can join in the fun at the event that will be staged at the company's showroom on Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate, Chippenham from 6.30pm.
Marketing manager Catherine Fallon said: “It is a free event for adults but we will be raising money for Julia’s House by asking for donations. It should be a really fun night.
"We will be asking for volunteers from the audience to be hypnotised but it will all be good fun and no-one will be humiliated.
“We are delighted to be supporting Julia’s House for the whole of this year and have a lot of other things planned including a skydive.”
SimonSez has performed across the UK and abroad with his act which alters the beliefs of volunteers and reduces their inhibitions.
His publicity material says: "Comedy stage hypnotist Simon-Sez will have your friends, family and work colleagues in stitches with his hilarious show where the volunteers are the true stars of the show.
"Want to see your friends, family or colleagues really become a superhero, a Martian ambassador, a famous singer or a household appliance? Simon’s shows celebrate the human capacity for creativity and fun.
"If people can imagine it, they really can be it – it’s hilarious."
