A man was trapped in his car when it came off the road near the crossroads at Broad Hinton last night.
The man suffered minor injuries after an incident involving his silver Ford Fiesta one mile south of the junction, just after 8.30pm.
Fire crews from Marlborough and Wootton Bassett assisted paramedics in freeing the man who was taken to hospital by land ambulance.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance medics joined other emergency crews and police closed the road until the car was removed.
The road was reopened at 9.50pm.
