A man who is accused of having hard drugs for supply in Chippenham has been released on bail by a judge.
Mark Eastwood, 22, is said to have had heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply on Tuesday January 14.
No charges were formally put to Eastwood and he did not enter any pleas when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Eastwood, who gave the court an address in Brigstock Road, Bristol, is jointly charged with Kyle Brace, 20, of Athelstan Road, Malmesbury, who appeared before a judge in July.
Both men have been released on bail to Friday, September 26, when they are due to enter pleas to the charges.
