BBC Radio 4’s Any Questions? is coming to Calne on Friday, October 10, as part of the town’s Music and Arts Festival.
The flagship BBC programme, chaired by Jonathan Dimbleby, will be broadcast live from John Bentley School Hall on BBC Radio 4 at 8pm.
Any Questions? was first broadcast in October 1948 and comes from a different location each week.
Mr Dimbleby will be joined by a panel of guests from the world of politics, media and elsewhere to answer questions from local people on the major issues of the day.
The Calne Music and Arts Festival, which is celebrating its 40th year, begins on October 2 and runs for ten days with over 30 events being organised.
Admission is free, but tickets are needed for entry and are available from the Calne Information Centre or the festival website, www.cmaf.org.uk
