FAMILIES enjoyed a fun-filled day at the Axford fete last Saturday.
There was entertainment throughout the day on the Jubilee Field including a dog show, Morris dancing and an art exhibition by the Axford Art Group.
Hundreds of visitors had fun in the sun and the day finished with a duck race.
Organiser Di Barnett said: “The weather was good and everybody seemed to enjoy themselves.”
One of the main attractions was the classic and prestige car and tractor show which included a rare 1920s Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost and was attended by the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts Club and Jaguar Enthusiasts Club.
Organiser of the classic car show Ashley de Safrin said: “A lot of people said the car show was the highlight of the fete.”
