Registration has opened for the annual Corsham Memory Walk in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society.
It begins at 11am in Corsham Park on Sunday, September 21. Participants have the option of taking on a one mile or four-mile route.
It also aims to raise the Alzheimer’s Society’s profile. The charity puts money into researching treatments and helping those with the condition. Volunteers are sought to help with organising the memory walk.
Adrian Williams, community fundraising manager for the south, said: “Volunteers are integral in organising and planning the walk.”
To volunteer, call Tori Jones on 07801 133745 or email tori.jones@alzheimers. org.uk. To register, visit www.memorywalk.org.uk/cors ham or call 0845 3060 898.
