Dauntsey's School headteacher Mark Lascelles hailed the school’s A-level results.
He said: “An impressive 52.1 per cent, of some 400 entries, were awarded A* or A grades.
"With a splendid 20.4 oer cent A* grades for the 120 candidates, special congratulations go to the eight pupils who achieved three or four of the top grades.”
He said the hard work of so many pupils and staff, at the independent school in West Lavington, were rewarded with fine grades.
He congratulated parents of the pupils and thanked them for their support and encouragement throughout their children’s time at Dauntsey’s.
