ROWELL William "Bill" Peacefully passed away on the 10th October 2023 aged 79 years. A long serving police officer and popular local business owner in Devizes. Bill will be sadly missed by his three children, six grandchildren and a plethora of friends. Funeral service will be held on Monday 20th November at 11.00am at West Wiltshire Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Bart's charity
