OLIPHANT Tessa O'Neil died peacefully at home on 16th August 2023 aged 89 years. Loving wife of the late David and adored and proud mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Funeral Service to be held at St. Mary's Church in Alton Barnes, Wiltshire on Monday 11th September 2023 at 12 noon.
